Exterior FROM OUTSIDE IT LOOKS GOOD,BUT TWO RODS GIVEN ON TOP CREATS A LOT OF PROBLEM AS ALL WATER COME INSIDE WHEN WINDOWS ARE OPEN AFTER APPLYING BREAK,WINDOW AUTOLOCK BUTTONS ARE AFFACTED DUE TO THIS.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) FRONT AND REAR AIR CON VERY POOR QUALITY,ONLY GIVES FAN AIR AND NOT COOLING,ITS NOT SPACIOUS AS LOOKS FROM OUTSIDE AND FEELS VERY DISCOMFORT WHEN GOING FOR A LONG DRIVE OR STUCK IN TRAFFIC FOR SEAT WITDH,NO WATCH IN CENTRE.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox ENGIN PERFORMANCE IS OK BUT NOT ECONOMICAL IN FUEL ,VERY POOR MILEAGE ,NOT AT ALL AS PER DESCRIBED.

Ride Quality & Handling RIDING EXPERIENCE IS GOOD.

Final Words WE HAVE 4 HONDA CARS BUT AFTER GETTING THIS CAR AND AFTER BAD EXPERIENCE OF  FIRST SERVICE DONE TWO TIMES AND OTHER PROBLEMS I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR AND MAY BE IN FUTURE I WILL NOT GO FOR HONDA CARS. SALES PEOPLE SALE ONLY TO INCREASE THE SALE AND NO AFTER SALE SERVICE.

Areas of improvement TECHNICAL PEOPLE WILL KNOW AND CAN DO MUCH BETTER ON THIS IF THEY WISH.

EXTERIOR LOOKSA.C,MILEAGE,LEG SPACE,SEATS

I had visited Honda dealership to check on Honda city but was impressed with the practicality of BRV. 7 seater useful for typical Indian family comprising of your parents & kids. 2nd row for parents & 3rd for kids. Best seat configuration 2R slides n reclines, 3R reclines. Sufficient boot with all 3Rows up for weekend luggage. Occassionally for larger luggage carrying one has options of folding 2R n 3R. Butter smooth, silent n powerful 117hp petrol engine with nicely matched 6 speed gear ratios. Honda has lowered the 1st gear speed ratio for higher wheel torques for light off roadings, after all it is categorised as SUV. On Mumbai Pune expy I rarely feel the need to shift lower from top gear. I mean one can cruise between 80 kmph to 140 kmph in the top gear only, there is sufficient backup torque available from engine. The car does 0-100 kmph in some 11 seconds max even when fully loaded The high ground clearance of 210mm is practically useful for Indian roads & off roads. Suspensions are stiff at lower speeds but at higher speeds they flatten out the bumps & pot holes very effectively for smooth & stable rides for even 3R seatings. Steering is effective & perfectly balanced for response at all speeds. Michelin primacy tires as factory fit are the best, it offers excellent wet n dry grip, quick braking. Very quick n comfortable auto ac plus roof ac vents, cools the entire cabin in even peak of summers. Very roomy cabin & large glass areas never makes you feel clusterophobic, even in 3rd Row. Overall fuel efficiency is decent of around 10-11 kmpl in city & 15-17 on highways, considering the power offered by this car. The car is definitely safe & has 4+ stars ASEAN NCAP safety rating. There are small lacuna like rear view camera, touchscreen not offered in V variants but these are some things which can be dealt in accessories. Overall it's worth to go for this car.

I m being driving this car from 2016 but I still feel it's new, have never opened the bonnet ever since I have driven from showroom, service available is also best, it's comfortable to seat and accomodates my entire family of 6 persons It's smooth will driving even at higher speed

Exterior The exterior styling even though many people at first sight view it as the Mobilio, i feel that it has a more Jazz based look. the side detailing could have been slightly changed but it is not a big deal as the front facade and the rear looks gorgeous.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

Space: It is the perfect vehicle if you are looking for space and luggage room in this segment, its big on legroom and headroom in the second row, and comfortable space in the third row as well, not to forget the boot which can hold three 25 Kilo suit cases when all three rows are up.

Features: Even though Honda has given this alot of features compared to the mobilio, i still feel they did not do enough as this segment in the market has higher features like 6 air bags, back lit buttons,reverse camera/parking sensors and touchscreen Infotainment system.

Comfort: I drove the vehicle for around 500 Kms without a break, Trust me you do not feel tired at all, the suspension and the smoothness of the vehicle is out of this world. the seats though could have a little extra padding by the thighs and back.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance is very good so far, will update once the vehicle is used to being driven more, it gave me 15.5 km/l on the highway (90-100 km/hr on 6th gear) and dropped to 11.2 km/l in the city. The gear box is a little hard, I guess it because it a new vehicle.

Ride Quality & Handling Brilliant.

Final Words This is a very ideal car in this budget for a guy who wants a compact SUV/ Crossover, looks amazing and handles like a sedan, it is complete when you fit a good touchscreen media interface and reverse camera.

Areas of improvement A bigger tyre size might give the car beefier looks and 50% off roading capacity.

Buying was decent cz the waiting period since it was just launched it took 2 months for the delivery, riding experience phenomenal one of the best ride quality in the segment, high speed stability is phenomenal bodyroll is well contained handling is just phenomenal for a car of this size superb steering feel and feedback, specially that 1.5 vtec motor is soo much fun to drive 0-100 in 10.12 seconds not bad for a car that's under 16 lakhs and can carry 7 people easily, ground clearance is really impressive never had problems even in mild off roading Condition yes I took it for son off roading in ooty its been nearly 2 years no complaints from the service side easy cheap and thy send a drive to pickup and drop off the CAr if I a not free that's something I a really impressed with. Honestly best suv/mpv for performance enthusiasts who also have to carry their friends and family when needed, sleeper for sure

The car is just awesome, actually got what I wanted. I picked a petrol V variant, being a 7 seater vehicle, it is very good for city and market places, the dimensions are parking friendly, it requires less space as compared to other suvs. Car is super smooth. Good pick up. Exact average I will reach after some more running and services, internal space is quite comfortable.

This car is having very bad plastic quality,and bad fuel economy,and gear box is also not good,less boot space,bad built quality,good alloy wheels,leg room is too small in 3rd row,ac is good,pick up is good, ground clearance is good,seat is comfortable, touch screen infotainment system is not there , Hyundai creta is better than this......... Built quality should be improved.

 Space is sufficient for six adults.

 Excellent and noiseless  engine . Fuel economy on highways 14.5 kms, and in city 10.5 kms. Gear is not so smooth.

Ride Quality & Handling

 Power steering and easy to handle. Engine is noiseles.

Final Words

I own this car since June and excellent vehicle and well maintained and 9600 kms run so far. 

Areas of improvement  

 Touch screen with google maps rear camera to be provided. Gear shift is little harder. Semifinished leather seat cover to be provided.

The small value of cosmetics are done in small cars of Korean like Hyundai but Honda is still stingy in providing these features. The fuel tank capacity can be show in litres instead bar codes. CD player to be added in the touch screen provision.

Price to be moderate and stop  Mobilio. The sale volume will definitely pick up. Despite, trouble/expectation, I am a satisfied customer and enjoy the ride.

 

Fine look, vehicle height, easy handling etc.,Price is high, touch screen,, sensor, seat cover, etc., are not available for the price quoted.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

• Fuel economy is very bad.
• Cabin is very noisy.
• While driving on highways at a speed of 80km plus you have to raise the radio volumun since external aircutting and other noise are high inside.

Ride Quality & Handling

• Ok. In few other cars the pick up is very good and you done realise when the car is running at speed of 100-120km/hr. In this car pick up is slow and even at 80 km/hr you can feel the pressure on car.
• Seat is good but you dont enjoy driving on long rout.

Final Words Seat and space inside is good. Driving comfort is good. But its very light car. Not worth the price being charged.

Areas of improvement

1. Fuel Economy need to imrove. At 6.5 in city and 11 on expressway, its very low.

2. Cabin needs to be quiet.

3. Pick up need to be better.

Nice spacious carMileage in Mumbai city is 6.5. Body is light hence there is lot of external noise inside the cabin
