Exterior is good.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Features & Spaces is good. But Comfort is not to much good in the long journey.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox All are very poor. I buy duster on June 2015 & after buying the duster I am facing so many problems firstly when I driving the duster into small bump a sound is coming. Secondly one day all doors are not locking up in two months only.

Sometimes my vehicle dose not start till to hour.

Fuel Economy company say the in cities the average will be 18 km/l & in the highway 19 km/l. But in real is giving in cities 11 km/l & in highway 13km/l. After that I tell to service manager the average is not good he tells that I show on highway that average is coming good then I tell to him I don't drive the vehicle 24*7 on highway & then I tell if the average is good then show in the city they have no answer to talk with me.

Gearbox is also poor when I start the duster then I change the gear its comes hard & while driving sometimes then also comes hard.

After all the problems I gave a name to my duster RENAULT MOODY DUSTER.

Final Words I would suggest to all that don't buy renault vehicle third class company. The company just see company profit. I am not satisfied with Renault Duster my personal experience because how I buy just I know only.

Exterior The car looks extremely bold when viewed from front. Its got large chrome, sporty alloys. The rear wheel arches gives it a pure SUV kind of Look. 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) For comfort I rate this vehicle as excellent . It has got a nice suspension which absorbs every potholes making your journey very comfortable. This car can easily sit 5 adults . It has got a large boot also. Although you would not get a wide list of features even in the top version like climate control etc.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Duster has an extremely nice driveablity. This engine has an extremely bad turbo lag below 2000 rpm but one you accelerate past 2000 rpm, the acceleration is just awesome. So if you want to get the best out of this engine , always keep the engine above 2000 rpm. It is very easy to handle this car on a highway or when you are approaching a curve.  FE is 12 to 13 in city and 18 on highways(a c is always switched on).e the tall 6th gear makes it a great highway crusier and trust me that achieving 120 to 150kmph is like eating a piece of cake.

Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality is just awesome. There is almost no body roll and this car is extremely STABLE at high speed.

Even when you are approcahing a turn at a high speed , you dont need to slow down at all.This will become more evident once you take a test drive of this vehicle

Duster awd top end variant has many impressive features. I use it for daily commute and distance travelling that happens at least once a week, my weekly transit is close to 700 km. What is loved the most about this SUV is that it has all the features that an offroading vehicle must have. Be it traction control, brake assist, 4WD it has them all. The engine is very powerful and has no turbo lag, with an improved gear ratio, it has a better performance in traffic and on the highway. It has a huge boot space and five people can sit comfortably in it with their luggage so long journeys are not a problem. The eco mode does seem to work because I found there was a considerable difference in the performance of the car and if you want to enjoy the car freely, you should put off the traction control. AC is ok and has chrome covers, 4WD works amazingly well, and I like the red and black upholstery and grey interiors without any wood texture. The pickup is very good and the car sticks to the road even at top speeds, the individual suspension to the front and rear tires make the ride comfortable even on the bad roads. It is a value for money car but if they add more features in the near future like more steering and driver seat adjustments, GPS with a touch screen, a sun roof, it will be the best in the class.

Every adventure loving guy should test drive the Duster AWD before going for any other car. it is just amazing and has so many great features and most importantly the 4WD tech which provides seamless suspension in bad terrains. Also, this SUV is low maintenance SUV. The interiors have been made premium and the look of the car is very masculine. It is a very good SUV even for using in the city, diesel engine in the top end variant has a sophisticated gearbox to the 1.5L engine and it does not lag even a bit. 5000 km and counting with this beast and I am really pleased with my purchase. Never faced any service issues as well, the service center is a bit far but can made do for it since the drive there is not as tiring, thanks to the car. AWD variant is a really worth buying.

Duster was not even on my mind when I decided to buy a car. I was hell bent on buying a sedan and buying the Honda city was what I was going to do until a distant cousin came to visit us along with his duster. I decided to take a drive and that evening we went off road from Nagpur towards Nagzira. It was a wonderful experience, the car was not only smooth to drive but the suspension was truly amazing. This was the 110 ps Duster AWD. I was totally impressed with how the car felt on the highways, very good pickup and performance when it comes to the engine. The clutch and steering were light so never felt exhausted. It is very spacious and comfortable too, even the interiors are really good with red and black upholstery. I booked it just after the drive and I have been driving it around since past six months. With respect to driving, handling, comfort and off road driving, this is the best SUV to buy.

This car is best of all sedan cars and it has a comfy space . I have used this car many times and I'm in love with it, it is just becomes my travel mate . A little drawback of this car is that it is being heavy to your pocket as it consumes more amount of petrol comparatively.

On dated 16.07.2015, my car Duster, which break down in patpatganj, Delhi due to clutch problem. No assistance had been given despite making various calls to AVIA Dealer Patparganj, Delhi, and I was only half km apart from the above mentioned dealer. I have also made several calls on toll free complaint N0 180030044444, but after standing more than 2 hours on road, No kind of assistance has been provided by dealer , service centre and by on road service assistance. Then I tow the vehicle myself to AVIA Auto Services Pvt Ltd Patparganj Industrial Area.

I have purchased the above vehicle on 1 April 2015. First service was being done on 9 June 2015. My vehicle has covered only approximately 1900Km and I am very much surprised and shocked that clutch problem arises in New vehicle which has cover less than 2000 km. Till date my vehicle is not rectified and I am not satisfied from after sale service of Duster plz note that I am sharing my personal experience. EXTERIOR IS GOODI HV OBSERVED CLUTCH PROBLEM AFTER COVERING ONLY LESS THAN 1900 KM & VERY POOR AFTER SALE SERVICE

I have purchased the Duster car for more than a year now.

This was from the JP Nagar Showroom in Bangalore. Guruprasad was the sales guy for the accessories. 

The sales guys convinced me to go for a video player that was sold as an accessory. It did not come cheap. Close to 35K.

Right from the time it was delivered it did not work with the Steering Controls. Now I have followed up with the Sales guys several times, every time they say they will send the vendor, or someone to fix the issue but that never happened.

During the first service, they said this was missed and they will send someone to fix it. 

Now during the second service they say that the product recommended is not compatible at all with the Steering controls. 

 

I just feel completely cheated by Renault.

Final Words Very bad experience. I bought that vehicle 4 months back looking the style but the engine performance is very bad. Before 2nd service I went to service station at Bhubaneswar by refilling engine oil. But there is no leakage of engine oil. The engine was about to seize. Breaking arrangement is good ,look is very good. This vehicle is ok for running in High way but not on ghat road. In the humps u have to come back for 1st gear cant drive in 2nd gear.Shockabsorber is very good. But the engine performance to be improved as in my vehicle the engine oil burnt before 2nd service which is an alram to the engine performance.Nobody can compromise withh the performance of the engine. If engine is not ok then what for the look is? company should take care of the engine how to perform best. Looking forward best coperation from the company to solve customer issue.
