Volkswagen India has officially commenced pre-bookings of the new Tiguan R-Line, ahead of its price announcement scheduled for 14 April, 2025. The sportier iteration of the SUV will get a 2.0-litre, TSI petrol engine.
The new Tiguan R-Line is expected to be offered in a single, fully loaded variant. The automaker has also confirmed that the car will arrive with six colour options. In terms of dimensions, the model measures 4,539mm in length, 1,859mm in width, and 1,656mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,680mm.
Interested customers can book the Tiguan R-Line on the official website or at authorised dealerships of the company. Notably, Volkswagen has also opened an expression of interest for the Golf GTI, which is scheduled to launch by the end of Q2 2025. This offering will be available for purchase only via online channels.

The wait for owning a Tiguan R-Line is nearly over, as today we commence pre-bookings for a SUV that has been captivating customer aspirations. From today, we are also inviting customer interest for the Golf GTI, a legend from Volkswagen that needs no introduction.”
