- Aims to create presence in Tier-3 and Tier-4 cities
- 3 new models lined up for 2026
Vinfast, as part of its plans for 2026, had announced that it will expand its touchpoints from the 35 it currently has (all set up in 2025) to 75 in 2026. The expansion will include more facilities in current locations, but also branching out into tier-3 and tier-4 locations. With the latter expected to grow through local retailer partnerships, both for display and service.

The move to expand locations will run parallel to a charging network growth, both through Vinfast’s own V-Green, partnering with HPCL for the establishment of charging stations at the latter’s locations across the country.

The new touchpoints and charging locations will be in place to support the entry of three new models in the Indian market in 2026. The first one has been confirmed as a seven-seat electric MPV that’s expected to arrive towards the end of H1 of 2026. It will be a localised version of the Limo Green EV and will be offered for both private and commercial markets. The next two models are expected to be the Vinfast VF5 and the VF3 with the former also expected to join the electric automaker’s new GSM ride-hailing services when it launches in India later this year.
