Toyota continues testing the facelifted Innova Hycross ahead of its debut that is expected to take place early next year. The updated MPV has been spotted in heavy camouflage yet again, and this time around, it gives us a peek at the interior.
As seen in the images here, the new Innova Hycross facelift could feature a larger touchscreen infotainment system than the version currently on sale. Elsewhere, we can notice the brushed aluminium finish for the AC vents, and a full black dashboard, unlike the dual-tone brown and black seen on the current iteration. Also up for offer could be a new UI and tweaked trims or elements for the interior.
The exterior design of the 2027 Toyota Innova Hycross hints at tweaked taillights, refreshed front and rear bumpers, new grille, fresh design for the alloy wheels, integrated spoiler, shark-fin antenna, rear wiper and washer, and a tailgate-mounted number plate recess. Also up for offer could be a projector setup for the headlamps.
Under the hood, the Innova Hycross facelift is expected to be powered by the same 2.0-litre petrol engine, along with the option of a strong-hybrid powertrain. Transmission options, including the CVT and e-CVT units, are likely to carry on unchanged. That said, it could receive an update to make it compatible with future grades of the ethanol and petrol blend.
