- 21 EVs globally by 2030
Hyundai has taken the wraps off its latest electric vehicle study, the Concept THREE, at the IAA Mobility 2025 in Munich. This marks Hyundai’s first compact EV concept under the Ioniq sub-brand, a model aimed at addressing Europe’s growing appetite for small, city-friendly electric cars.
Design highlights include the aero hatch profile with a vertical tailgate for added practicality, Parametric Pixel lighting front and rear, and an anodized-effect exterior finish paired with lemon-tinted glass and matching wheels. Dimensionally, it measures 4,287mm in length, 1,940mm in width, 1,428mm in height, and has a 2,722mm wheelbase.
The unveiling comes as part of Hyundai’s broader electrification roadmap, which includes launching an electrified version of every model in Europe by 2027 and rolling out 21 EVs globally by 2030. Europe remains a key market, with nearly 80 per cent of Hyundai cars for the region already produced locally.
