• Strong booking response seen since launch
The much-anticipated Tata Sierra has begun arriving at dealerships across major cities, giving prospective customers their first real-world look at the SUV, ahead of scheduled deliveries from 15 January, 2026.
The model has already generated strong interest, recording over 70,000 confirmed bookings within the first 24 hours of order books opening, along with nearly 1.35 lakh customers submitting preferred configurations.

Launched in India on 25 November, 2025, the new Sierra revives the iconic nameplate with a modern design and a competitive feature set. Prices start from Rs. 11.49 lakh, ex-showroom, and go up to around Rs. 21.29 lakh for the higher-spec variants.
The Sierra is available with three 1.5-litre engine options – naturally aspirated petrol, TGDi Hyperion turbo petrol, and diesel, paired with a choice of manual and automatic gearboxes.
Inside showrooms, customers can now experience the SUV’s contemporary cabin, featuring triple displays for the instrument cluster and the infotainment, panoramic sunroof, Level 2 ADAS, and a premium audio system, before finalising their orders.

The Sierra’s arrival at dealerships marks another step in Tata Motors’ efforts to strengthen its presence in the competitive mid-size SUV segment, where it rivals the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Toyota Hyryder, Maruti Suzuki Victoris, Skoda Kushaq, Honda Elevate, and the Volkswagen Taigun.
