- ICE version likely to launch before the EV
- To feature a three-screen dashboard layout
Tata Motors is bringing its A-game with the return of its flagship SUV, the Sierra. After months of testing across the country, the Tata Sierra will finally make its debut in the Indian market on 25 November 2025.

While the production-ready version was showcased earlier this year at the Bharat Mobility Expo, the interior was kept under wraps. Now, thanks to leaked images, it is confirmed that the Sierra will feature Tata’s first three-screen dashboard layout, similar to the Mahindra XEV 9e. In addition, the SUV will offer a tech-rich cabin experience with a new steering wheel featuring an illuminated logo, a touch panel for AC controls, a panoramic glass roof, a 360-degree camera, powered and ventilated front seats, and an ADAS suite.
Initially, Tata had planned to launch the EV version of the Sierra first, followed by the ICE variant. However, it is now expected that the ICE Sierra will arrive first, next month. Interestingly, the Tata Sierra is likely to be offered with both petrol and diesel engine options to cater to a wider audience, unlike its Safari and Harrier siblings, which are currently limited to diesel powertrains.
