- To launch alongside the ICE Sierra
- Features a clean, grille-less fascia
Tata Motors is all set to bring back the legendary Sierra, with its debut scheduled for 15 November 2025. The SUV will be offered in both EV and ICE versions, and the carmaker has now shared a fresh teaser revealing the electric version.

Finished in a bright yellow shade, the Sierra EV can be easily distinguished from its ICE counterpart. The most noticeable difference is the grille-less front fascia, complemented by a sleek full-width LED DRL that runs just below the bonnet line. The lower split headlamps, black bumper, and silver skid plate lend the SUV a clean, futuristic appearance. In contrast, the ICE Sierra features a more rugged look with a prominent black grille.
At the rear, minimal changes are expected apart from subtle EV badging. The alloy design and side profile appear similar to the ICE version seen in the teaser. Underneath, the Sierra EV is expected to use a battery pack of comparable size to the Harrier EV, promising a claimed range of around 500km on a single charge. The biggest highlight, however, will be the inclusion of Tata’s AWD, or as the brand calls it, QWD, which is likely to be exclusive to the Sierra EV.
