Tata Motors showcased the Stealth Edition of its popular SUV duo, the Harrier and the Safari at the Bharat Mobility Expo earlier this year. Now, the automaker has launched special editions of the SUVs, where the Safari Stealth Edition is available at a starting ex-showroom cost of Rs. 25.29 lakh.
The Tata Safari Stealth Edition is based on the Accomplished Plus variant and is offered in manual and automatic versions. Customers can also opt for the six-seater configuration with the new edition.
Unlike the Dark Edition, the Safari Stealth Edition is finished in a matte black exterior paint along with a black leatherette interior theme. Furthermore, the alloys also get dark treatment along with stealth badging on the front fenders as part of the package.
Mechanically, the Safari Stealth Edition is powered by the same 2.0-litre diesel engine mated to a six-speed manual or an automatic torque converter unit. This motor is tuned to generate 168bhp and 350Nm of peak torque.
