Tata Motors imparted the message of women safety at the 'Street Smart Street Safe' event in Mumbai today. They participated with the Bolt in the women's safety drive held at SNDT Women’s University in Juhu.
Mumbai traffic police had launched the 'Street Smart Street Safe' road safety initiative from June 30 to July 4 this year. This was followed by a 'Women’s Safety Drive' on July 8, 2015. Tata Motors supported this campaign by participating with the Bolt hatchback in the women's safety drive.
The campaign has a backing from the traffic department of Mumbai and will continue till July 21. It will impart the knowledge about safety on the road to people, obeying traffic laws and effective ways to decongest the streets in Mumbai. Various activities will be held in this regard, hopefully bringing in a change in the traffic conditions in the city.
