Tata Motors has announced a nationwide monsoon check-up camp from July 15 to July 21. It will happen across 533 workshops in 285 cities and will include all the cars in the Mumbai-based automaker’s passenger vehicle range.
The company has said that this check-up camp will comprise a 40-point vehicle evaluation, washing services as well as discounts on labour charges and accessories. There will also be free car evaluation, exchange offers and on-the-spot loan approvals for those looking to purchase a new Tata vehicle.
Commenting on the initiative, Dinesh Bhasin, head- customer support, passenger vehicle business unit, Tata Motors said, “At Tata Motors, we aim to enhance the service experience to ensure we provide our customers best-in-class service. We understand our customer requirements and hence are rolling out the monsoon service check-up camp, an initiative to build a strong bond with our valuable customers and offer them hassle-free car ownership during the monsoons. We look forward to rolling out many more such customer centric initiatives in the future.”
