- Expected to debut later this year with comprehensive updates
- Will mirror the updates introduced on the recently revealed Skoda Kushaq facelift
Skoda recently took the wraps off the updated Kushaq, introducing a host of changes inside and out. Following this, its sedan sibling, the Slavia, is also expected to receive a mid-life facelift very soon.
The Slavia currently ranks among the top two highest-selling sedans in India, commanding close to 25 per cent of the segment’s market share.
On the design front, the facelifted Slavia is expected to adopt several elements seen on the updated Kushaq. These are likely to include a revised grille, new LED DRLs, reworked bumpers, and fresh alloy wheel designs. At the rear, Skoda could introduce connected tail lamps with an illuminated Skoda logo integrated into the lighting signature, lending the sedan a more premium and modern appearance.
Inside, the Slavia facelift is expected to receive notable upgrades in line with its SUV sibling. The feature list could include updated upholstery, a new infotainment system, a revised digital instrument cluster, and the addition of a panoramic sunroof. Higher variants may also offer segment-first features such as a rear seat massage function.
Mechanically, the sedan is expected to retain the same powertrain options as the updated Kushaq, ensuring no changes under the bonnet.
