Skoda India recently launched the updated version of its MySkoda App. Check out the updates on the mobile application, which was first launched in October 2016.
1. Better looking interface
The Version 2.0 app now provides a single-window interface giving it a better look. It also incorporates DriveTribe and an online automotive community to make it more versatile.
2. Parking Assistance
Skoda has now integrated a parking assistance feature into the app. It helps customers find their parked cars through the detailed menu.
3. Accessories section
There's also a new 'Product' section enlisting all the authorised Skoda accessories. All users including existing Skoda owners and prospective buyers can get all information about these customisation options.
4. Garage section
The app also features a 'Garage' section that provides information about the user's vehicles. The owner can add insurance details, information regarding warranty, extended warranty etc. of multiple vehicles he owns.
5. Service history
A new 'Service' section gives the user an access to the entire service history of his vehicles. One can book a service appointment through this service-tracking feature. In addition, Skoda has also integrated a 'Trip Cost Calculator' to keep track of expenses including fuel costs.
6. Customer care
Existing customers can voice their grievances via the 'Customer Care' section. This app also allows prospective customers to browse through Skoda's entire line-up and even book a test drive.
The MySkoda App will keep the existing Skoda car owners informed about the latest offers and keep a track of their vehicle. It also caters to enthusiasts and prospective buyers. This app can be downloaded via Google Play store for Android devices and iTunes App Store for iPhone. The carmaker has also shared a video on setting up the app as well as the various features of the same.
