In a bid to enhance customer satisfaction, Renault India has launched a ‘Summer Camp’ for a comprehensive check-up of their cars. The camp will be a week-long affair from April 18 to April 24, 2016, and will be conducted at all Renault authorised facilities across the country.
The objective of this initiative is to ensure the optimal performance of the customers’ cars during the summer season. Trained service technicians will examine the cars as per the guidelines set by Renault India, enabling a detailed examination of all the key functions and parts of the car. The service camps will also be used as a platform to educate customers about basic car maintenance and provide a rewarding ownership experience.
Customers can also avail of attractive offers during the camps. Spare parts and accessories, labour charges, brake servicing, AC servicing and other value added services will all be available with special offers. Renault will also provide a special offer on ‘Renault Secure’, which covers Road Side Assistance and Extended Warranty. In addition to the check-ups, several fun activities will also be organised for the customers’ entertainment.
Renault has entered a new phase of growth in India, owing to the response received by its entry-level hatch the Kwid. They are aiming to make their products and services more accessible to customers across the country. Currently, Renault has a widespread presence of more than 208 sales and service facilities in India.
