Earlier this week, Renault India launched the facelifted Kiger, with prices starting at Rs. 6.29 lakh (ex-showroom). The updated sub-compact SUV gets a host of updates inside and out, while the specifications and the engine department remain unchanged.

The 2025 Kiger is available in four variants, namely Authentic, Evolution, Techno, and Emotion. In this article, we take a closer look at the entry-level Authentic variant, which is available only with the 1.0-litre NA petrol engine paired with a five-speed manual transmission. The power output stands at 71bhp and 96Nm.

On the outside, the Renault Kiger facelift base variant features LED DRLs, C-shaped LED tail lights with a smoked finish, Mystery Black ORVMs with turn indicators, new spoiler, Satin Silver roof rails, new front and rear skid plates finished in black, and a fresh 16-inch steel wheel cover.

The interior of the updated Renault Kiger is equipped with new black fabric upholstery, 60:40 split rear seats with adjustable headrests, three-spoke steering wheel, front and rear power windows, remote keyless entry, and a new rear centre armrest with cupholders. The standard safety suite gets you features like six airbags, ABS with EBD and brake assist, reverse parking sensors, TPMS, hill start assist, ESP, and traction control.
