- Circular headlamps add character to the fascia
- Recently unveiled in concept form
Mahindra lit up Independence Day with the introduction of four new concepts, one of which was the Vision S. The SUV has now been spied in its production-ready form, hinting that it could be the first concept to materialise in the coming years.

From the latest images, the boxy stance of the Vision S remains intact, complemented by upright proportions, flat roofline, and squared-off wheel arches. The SUV continues with a tailgate-mounted spare wheel, similar to what the concept showcased. Also noticeable are the circular headlamps up front, paired with a revised grille with vertical slats, giving it a fresh yet retro-inspired appeal. At the rear, vertically stacked tail lamps are visible, which is in line with Mahindra’s traditional design DNA. Notably, several design cues have been carried over from the concept.

Inside, though details are partially hidden, a closer look through the windows reveals a more modern cabin. Expect Mahindra to offer features such as a larger infotainment screen, premium upholstery, and improved ergonomics, while still focusing on durability and practicality.

The Vision S is expected to make its debut in early 2027. Given the SUV’s positioning, Mahindra is likely to price it competitively to strengthen its market stronghold.
