The Micra is available with total benefits of up to Rs 39,000. This includes a free insurance of Rs 25,000, an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000 and a corporate offer of Rs 4,000. With the ex-showroom prices starting at Rs 5.99 lakhs, the Micra is known to be a spacious hatchback offering good build quality and functionality at a competitive price.
One can also get a discount of up to Rs 34,000 on the Micra Active. The free insurance is up to Rs 20,000, while the corporate offer and exchange bonus remain the same as the Micra. This hatchback is a low-cost model based on the pre-facelift Micra with prices beginning at Rs 4.61 lakhs.
The Nissan Micra is sold in over 100 markets. Globally, it is known as March and is a hit with sales over 6.5 million. However, it never managed to set the sales charts on fire in India ever since its launch in July 2010. The current model on sale is also a facelifted version and not the new-gen avatar unveiled globally last year. Let’s hope Nissan India plans to usher in the latest iteration to give the Micra brand a new lease on life.
