Nissan India's ‘Happy with Nissan’ customer service campaign is in its eighth edition this year. Under this scheme, the carmaker will begin comprehensive check-up camps across the country from 18 January, which will go on till 28 January 2018.
This nationwide service camp will take care of the customers' needs of maintenance and repair. This covers a free 60-point health check-up of their vehicle and a free top-wash. Additionally, the carmaker is offering various discounts to add to the delight of Nissan car owners. Customers can avail up to 25 per cent discount on labour costs and a 50 per cent discount on insurance renewal. Furthermore, there are other attractive offers on allied services too.
Nissan began this 'Happy with Nissan' campaign in 2014 and have serviced more than 80,000 customers since then. Over the years, the carmaker has taken a lot of feedback from customers and incorporated them in their services.
