Nissan India opens registrations for GT Academy

Nissan India has begun the registrations for the seventh season of the Nissan Playstation GT Academy competition.

Participants who wish to compete in the live events can log on to this website to pre-register. The live events will commence from June 5th in Delhi followed by Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai over the subsequent weeks. Out of all the participants, 10 will make it through the finals that will be held in June. Nissan will take six finalists to the Silverstone where they will compete with the other winners from Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Japan. The winner from the GT Academy will get an opportunity to race at the Dubai 12hours race which will be held in January 2016.

One of the best things of this year’s GT Academy is that the online participants will get to drive the Nissan GT-R LM Nismo car. This is a very good platform for race fanatics who like to race in the online world. With the GT Academy, even a young college kid could dream of going for professional driving.
