The much-anticipated Nissan Gravite sub-compact MPV has been launched in India. Prices are in the range of Rs. 5.65 lakh to Rs. 8.93 lakh and it is being offered across five trim levels, as well as one Launch Edition variant, which will be available for the first 1001 buyers.
Nissan Gravite Visia MT
This is the lowest-spec variant of the Nissan Gravite, and it is only available with a manual transmission option. Highlights of this entry-level trim include the following:

- Second row with fold, slide, and recline functions
- Removable third row
- Steel wheels
- All-black upholstery
- Digital instrument cluster
- All four power windows
- Six airbags with ESP and stability program
Nissan Gravite Acenta MT
This is the second variant for the Gravite, and this, too, will only get an MT option. In addition to the features of the Visia variant, you also get:
- 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless phone mirroring
- Steering-mounted audio controls
- Second- and third-row AC vents

Nissan Gravite N-Connecta MT/AMT
This is the second-highest variant, and also a point where you get a choice between manual and automated manual transmission options. Here's what this variant gets:
- Reverse camera with dynamic guidelines.
- Crystal edge LED tail lamps
- Rear wiper and defogger
- Roof rails with 50kg load-carrying capacity
- Cooled glovebox and centre console
- Dual-tone beige and black upholstery
Nissan Gravite Tekna MT/AMT
This is the top-spec variant for the Gravite range, and it gets quite a few features over the N-Connecta variant.

Nissan Gravite Tekna Launch Edition MT/AMT
Looking to add some 'oomph!' to the proceedings, Nissan has also brought in a Launch Edition for the Gravite. This is expected to be offered in limited numbers, and it gets five extra features that are expected to become standard for the Tekna variant after a few months.

Powertrains and Rivals
The Gravite will be offered with Nissan's 1.0-litre NA petrol, producing 71bhp and 96Nm. This engine can be had with either a five-speed MT or a five-speed automated manual transmission. Rivals for the Gravite include the Maruti Swift, Maruti Dzire, Tata Tigor, Hyundai Exter, Tata Punch, and the Renault Triber.
