- CNG version in the works
Nissan India recently launched the new Gravite MPV, with introductory prices starting at Rs. 5.65 lakh (ex-showroom). This is one of the three new models planned by the carmaker for the Indian market in the near future.
The Gravite sub-four-metre MPV is available in five colours – Storm White, Blade Silver, Onyx Black, Metallic Grey, and Forest Green. There are five variants to choose from, namely Visia, Acenta, N-Connecta, Tekna, and Tekna LE Pac, the latter of which is given a 'Launch Edition' alias.
Under the hood, the Gravite is offered with a sole 1.0-litre, three-cylinder, NA petrol engine paired with five-speed manual and AMT gearboxes. The power output of this motor stands at 71bhp and 96Nm. Notably, though, Nissan is working on a dual CNG cylinder version, with a launch expected to take place in the coming months.
