- Hybrid and GDi turbo petrol
- Price announcement in March 2026
The all-new Renault Duster will be offered with three petrol engine options during its spring 2026 (March-April-May) launch. The engines in question will be Renault's 1.0-litre turbo petrol, 1.3-litre turbo petrol, and a hybrid GDi turbo petrol.
1.0-litre Turbo Petrol/TCe 100
The 1.0-litre turbo petrol is the same as what's being offered in the Kiger and produces 101bhp and 160Nm. The Duster will only get it with a six-speed MT but in the Kiger, it can also be had with a CVT.

1.3-litre Turbo Petrol/TCe 160
Dubbed the TCe 160, this is a 1.3-litre turbo petrol producing 162bhp and 280Nm, and will be offered with either a six-speed MT or a six-speed dual-clutch automatic.
1.8-litre Hybrid GDi Turbo Petrol/ E-Tech 160
This will be the engine offered on the top-spec variants and will be Renault's entry into the hybrid game. This engine, running on the Atkinson cycle, produces 162bhp and 172Nm and will be mated to two electric motors and an automatic transmission. The hybrid powertrain's battery will have a capacity of 1.4kWh and the car will be able to operate in EV mode, ICE, and combined modes. This engine will also get a regeneration mode. The automaker has said this engine option will be offered ahead of the festival season.
