While a good product is important, what is even more important is the service back-up for the product. Mopar is the international service wing of FCA which the company has decided to bring in India in a bid to improve its brand image. The launch of the service wing is sure give re-assurance to the 5000 owners who have already booked the vehicle and future owners.
In its first phase, FCA will open 48 authorised Mopar workshops across the country. The outlets will offer various facilities like Mopar Care 24x7 which includes a three years complimentary road side assistance coverage, Express lane service, Mopar Assure Insurance Solution, maintenance packages, tyre and battery care. The Jeep Compass comes with an impressive three year/1 lakh km warranty which can also be extended with various plans.
Later in the year, Mopar will also bring in performance parts for the Jeep products along with accessories and merchandise.
