The company has initiated this campaign to get the periodic maintenance of Mitsubishi cars done and also educate their customers about the same. Under the complementary check-up scheme, Mitsubishi workshops will check the brakes, light bulbs, electrical, battery and tyres. Technicians will also inspect the other parts of the vehicles for maintenance and recommend parts to be changed and consumables to be replaced if needed. Apart from the check-up, the manufacturer is also providing a discount of 15 per cent on all additives and 20 per cent discount on car care products.
Mitsubishi wants to ensure that their customers continue to enjoy safe motoring. Through Mitsubishi’s new program, they aim to deliver a better ownership experience to customers. Such customer-centric initiatives not only help a car owner to take care of their vehicle and maintain it in a better way, but also enhance the customer experience. Plus the customers are also kept engaged through such offers and discounts, which add to their delight as well.
