- Will sit above the Gloster
- Showcased in India last year
JSW MG Motor India introduced a new colour in the Cyberster range earlier today. Now, the carmaker is all set to shift its focus to the next product, the Majestor SUV, with a launch scheduled for 12 February. The model, which will be the company’s first launch in the new calendar year, was showcased at the 2025 Auto Expo.

Set to be positioned above the Gloster in the company’s range of products, the Majestor is a badge-engineered Maxus D90 SUV that is already on sale in global markets. It is expected to be powered by the familiar 2.0-litre, twin-turbo diesel engine, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and a 4x4 system. Power output for this motor stands at 213bhp and 478Nm.

Based on the MG Gloster, the Majestor gets a different external design to set itself apart. Highlighting features include a new blacked-out grille, vertically positioned headlamps, sleek LED DRLs, refreshed skid plates, fresh set of alloy wheels, new LED tail lights, dual exhaust tips, running boards, and a black insert above the rear LED light bar. Also up for offer could be a panoramic sunroof, new fully digital instrument console, Level 2 ADAS, 12.3-inch touchscreen unit, wireless charger, and three-zone climate control.
