JSW-MG Motor India has teased the upcoming Hector Hawk three-row SUV ahead of its launch set to take place on 26 August. The teaser images reveal key exterior and interior details, and it is now confirmed that this model is based on the Wuling Starlight 560 SUV. Pre-bookings have commenced for Rs 21,000.
As seen in the images, the 2026 Hector Hawk will feature a split DRL setup, black grille with chrome inserts and the MG badge, LED headlamps, sculpted bonnet, ontrast coloured skid plates, large dual-tone alloy wheels, body-coloured ORVMs, wraparound LED taillights, integrated spoiler, rear wiper and washer, and a brushed aluminium window line. Also up for offer is a blacked-out finish for the roof, shark-fin antenna, roof rails, and pillars.
A peek at the interior of the new MG Hector Hawk confirms multiple details, including a beige interior theme, adjustable headrests for all three rows, two-spoke multifunction steering wheel, large freestanding touchscreen unit, fully digital coloured instrument cluster, and a centre console with cup holders, armrest, and another storage element.
The first product to be introduced under the MG Adapt platform, the Hector Hawk is likely to arrive as an EV first. Globally, the model gets a 56.7kWh battery pack with a claimed range of 530km on a single charge. The ICE derivative features a 1.5-litre NA petrol engine paired with a 20.5kWh battery pack in the PHEV guise, belting out 194bhp and 230Nm.
