Maruti Suzuki has stepped up the safety aspect of the Brezza SUV by introducing six airbags across all variants. The popular SUV previously had only two airbags for entry-level variants.
Currently, the Maruti Suzuki Brezza is on sale across four variants, namely, LXi, VXi, ZXi, and ZXi Plus, with prices ranging from Rs. 8.34 lakh to Rs. 14.14 lakh (ex-showroom). All variants including the CNG-powered version now benefit from this safety update.
Apart from the six airbags as standard, the Brezza also gets a three-point seat belt, ISOFIX mounts, 360-degree camera with rear parking sensors, hill hold assist, electronic stability program, and impact sensing door unlock feature.
Mechanically, the Brezza is powered by a 1.5-litre NA petrol engine, mated to a five-speed manual and a six-speed automatic torque converter unit. This motor is also available with a factory-fitted CNG kit, and a manual gearbox.
