Maruti Suzuki recently inaugurated a new ARENA facility, the 400th of its kind in India in less than two years. These are amongst the 2,940 Maruti showrooms across more than 1,860 cities in our country.
The carmaker planned to revamp their dealer network a couple of years ago. These Arena outlets were opened with an aim to provide a modern and connected automotive experience for customers. Now, this network is 400 strong thanks to continuous research, customer feedback and anticipation of future trends.
An Arena retail showroom not only offers a warm, comfortable and friendly environment, but also sports modern looks. All of this is a transformation of dealerships while taking evolving customer needs into consideration. More and more such outlets will be opened adding to the strong network of Nexa and commercial showrooms too.
