- Likely to debut early next year
- Will get a refreshed exterior design too
Mahindra is going aggressive with its upcoming launches, a statement that is backed by spy shots of multiple upcoming models in the recent past. Among the sea of the new Bolero, Thar facelift, and the BE 6 Rall-E, is also the XUV700 facelift, the debut of which is likely to take place in early 2026.
As seen in the latest spy shot, the new Mahindra XUV700 facelift will get a three-screen setup. The current iteration offers a dual-screen setup, and the additional screen is likely to be a straight lift from its electric coupe sibling, the XEV 9e. On the outside, the facelifted XUV700 will receive a new set of headlamps and LED DRLs, tweaked front and rear bumpers, reworked tailgate, refreshed LED tail lights, new set of alloy wheels, and a fresh grille.
Apart from the key feature seen in the test mule here, the 2026 Mahindra XUV700 could arrive with an updated ADAS suite, sun blinds, auto park assist, and a panoramic sunroof with ambient lighting. Also up for offer are likely to be ventilated seats for the second-row in the six-seat version.
We expect no changes under the hood of the XUV700, and hence it is safe to assume that it will be powered by the same set of 2.0-litre turbo-petrol and 2.2-litre diesel motors paired with six-speed manual and automatic transmission systems. An AWD derivative will also be up for grabs.
