Mahindra XUV500 Xclusive edition launched in India at Rs 14.48 lakh

Mahindra has launched the XUV500 Xclusive edition SUV in India at Rs 14.48 lakh. Based on the top-end W8 front-wheel-drive variant of the popular SUV, the XUV500 Xclusive edition gets a host of creature comforts as standard, and will be produced in a limited run of just 700 units.

The XUV500 Xclusive edition’s expansive feature list comprises of an electric sunroof, reverse camera, voice messaging system, aluminium pedals and illuminated scuff plates. Mahindra also offers the car with redesigned grey alloy wheels and an optional six-way power-adjustable driver’s seat.

Mechanically, the XUV500 Xclusive edition is powered by the same 2.2-litre four-cylinder diesel engine, which produces 140bhp and 330Nm of torque. The Xclusive edition is a front-wheel-drive variant and comes with a six-speed manual transmission.
