Mahindra has unveiled the Vision T SUV concept at its Global Vision 2027 event in Mumbai today. The rugged five-door SUV is a part of the brand’s new NU_IQ modular multi-energy platform, and will be positioned below the upcoming Mahindra Thar ROXX, with prices expected in the Rs. 12-22 lakh range (ex-showroom).
The Vision T follows Mahindra’s evolved ‘Heartcore’ design language, blending upright, squared-off proportions with bold detailing. Up front, it sports a wide, multi-slot grille flanked by distinctive curved LED DRLs, high-set bonnet, and a chunky bumper with a bright tow hook. The side profile gets flat body panels, squared wheel arches, large all-terrain tyres, and a contrast black roof. Meanwhile, the tail section features vertical LED tail lamps and a rear-mounted spare wheel, lending it a true off-road look.
Built to target both lifestyle SUV buyers and serious off-roaders, the Vision T promises commanding seating, spacious flat-floor cabin, adequate boot space, and the flexibility to offer multiple powertrains, drive layouts (FWD/AWD), and even LHD/RHD configurations. Production-spec models based on this concept will debut from 2027, with Mahindra eyeing both domestic and global markets.
