- Will be launched in 2027
- Expected to be the next-generation Scorpio
Just a few days after the Mahindra Vision S was 'revealed' in a production guise, a test mule has been spotted doing rounds. The test car sports the same short overhangs with the tyre mounted on the rear door. You can also see the interiors with grab handles in the second row, analogue instrument cluster with a coloured MID, and a panoramic sunroof.

While revealing the car on 15 August, Mahindra also showcased a new interior design language that will debut with the production-ready version of the SUV. This includes new upholstery, centre console elements, and dual digital screens.

The Vision S is expected to be the next-generation Scorpio, and will be offered in both compact and sub-compact sizes. It will be underpinned by the automaker's NU_IQ platform, and is expected to be offered in multiple powertrains, all with MT and AT options. The Vision S will be joined by the Vision X (next-gen XUV family) and the Vision T (next-gen Thar family, including a pickup) between 2027 and 2030.
