- Expected to debut in production form this week

Mahindra continues testing the new Vision S SUV ahead of its anticipated debut later this week at the brand’s Independence Day event. Fresh spy shots give us new details of the company’s upcoming compact SUV.
As seen here, the new Vision S compact SUV is heavily camouflaged all around. That said, a few new elements are visible, including the honeycomb detailing on the grille sitting behind the three horizontal inserts on each slat, front camera, wide air dam, projector setup for the headlamps, fog lights, and a sensor on the top of the windshield at the centre.
At the rear, the 2026 Mahindra Vision S features a shark-fin antenna, makeshift taillights, rear parking sensors, new dual-tone spare alloy wheel with an integrated reverse parking camera, high-mounted stop lamp, rear wiper and washer, and a rear door handle on the left side of the tailgate.
Inside, this upcoming compact SUV from Mahindra could come equipped with a two-spoke steering wheel, vertically positioned AC vents, automatic climate control, all-black interior theme, new seat upholstery, panoramic sunroof, 60:40 split rear seats, and adjustable headrests for all five occupants.
While Mahindra has remained tight-lipped regarding the technical specifications of the Vision S, we expect it to arrive with both ICE and EV powertrains. The carmaker is also expected to showcase an updated version of the BE6, Thar three-door facelift, and a production-ready version of the BE.07 later this week.
