The Scorpio is the latest SUV from the Mahindra stable to have undergone an upward price revision. We have previously detailed the price hike for models like the Bolero Neo, XUV 7XO, XEV 9S, XUV 3XO, Thar, and the Bolero Neo Plus, details of which you can find on our website.
Coming to the Mahindra Scorpio, the model is available in four variants, namely S diesel MT 7S, S diesel MT 9S, S11 diesel MT 7S, and S11 diesel MT 7S CC. Of these, the first two variants have become dearer by Rs. 37,000 and Rs. 39,000, respectively.
Next up, the S11 range of the Mahindra Scorpio will now command a premium of Rs. 40,000 each over the outgoing prices. The three-row SUV is now priced from Rs. 13.37 lakh to Rs. 17.40 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom). For the uninitiated, the Scorpio SUV is powered by a 2.2-litre, four-cylinder diesel engine paired only with a six-speed manual transmission. This engine is tuned to produce 130bhp and 300Nm.
