
- Dedicated mobile service units for Mahindra electric SUVs
- Five new service touchpoints added in the region
Mahindra & Mahindra has introduced its new Mobile Service Experience, branded as eVan – Electric Vehicle Assistance Network, in the Delhi NCR region. The initiative aims to offer doorstep service support to owners of the brand’s electric SUV range.
As part of this rollout, Mahindra has deployed multiple dedicated e-Vans across Delhi NCR. These mobile service units are specifically designed to cater to the maintenance requirements of Mahindra’s electric SUVs. Services offered include periodic maintenance, vehicle washing, and minor repair work, all carried out at the customer’s doorstep.
The eVan units are equipped with specialised tools and equipment such as a battery pack with charger, a hydraulic scissor lift, wheel balancer, and car care solutions. With this setup, Mahindra intends to reduce workshop visits and improve overall convenience for EV customers.
In addition to the mobile service rollout, Mahindra has strengthened its regional service footprint by adding five new touchpoints in Delhi NCR. These facilities collectively expand the company’s service bandwidth by the equivalent of 70 working bays, enabling faster turnaround times and improved service accessibility.
The newly added touchpoints will cater to Mahindra’s SUV portfolio, while a dedicated commercial vehicle facility has also been set up in Northwest Delhi. The carmaker has confirmed plans to expand the eVan service to other key cities in the coming days, along with the deployment of additional mobile units.
