Mahindra has hit a new high in bookings for the XEV 9e and BE6 in just a day. The automaker has announced that it has secured 30791 bookings (combined) for both vehicles. Prices for XEV start at Rs. 21.90 lakh while for the BE 6, it is Rs. 18.9 lakh. We have driven both the cars and you can check out our review listed below.
XEV 9e gets higher demand
The XEV 9e and BE 6 split is 56 per cent and 44 per cent, respectively. The top-end Pack Three, featuring a 79 kWh battery, accounted for 73 per cent of the total bookings across both cars. Deliveries will begin in the latter part of March 2025.

In an official statement, Mahindra said this strong demand underscores the confidence customers have in Mahindra’s UNLIMIT India vision—delivering innovative, world-class electric SUVs that offer a distinctive blend of luxury, performance, and technology. The Made-in-India, For-the-World XEV 9e and BE 6 have attracted significant attention since their unveiling on November 26, 2024, signalling a robust market appetite for premium electric SUVs.
