Kia Seltos receives 23,311 bookings in three weeks, deliveries to begin from 22 August

Kia Motors today began production of the Seltos at the company’s factory located in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh. The brand also announced that they have received 23,311 bookings for the Seltos 3 weeks after pre-bookings began. Country wide deliveries for the model are set to begin from 22 August.

The upcoming Kia Seltos will be available with three engine options including a 1.5-litre petrol unit, 1.4-litre turbo-petrol unit and a 1.5-litre diesel unit. Transmission duties will be taken care of by a six-speed manual transmission. Additionally, the 1.5-litre petrol motor will be available with CVT unit while the 1.4-litre turbo-petrol motor will be offered with a seven-speed DCT unit. The 1.5-litre diesel engine will be also be paired with a six-speed automatic transmission.

The new Kia Seltos will be offered in two body styles including the Tech-Line and the GT-Line. The model will be available in eight monotone colour options and five dual-tone colour options.
