The Verna joins Hyundai’s bandwagon of cars whose prices have been hiked recently. Following the likes of the Creata, Alcazar, Tucson, Aura, and more, the only sedan from the automaker has become dearer by Rs. 7,000.

The Hyundai Verna witnesses an upward price revision of Rs. 7,000, applicable to all variants in the range. The Honda City rival is now priced from Rs. 11.07 lakh to Rs. 17.55 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom).

In case you missed it, the Verna is powered by 1.5-litre NA and turbo-petrol engines paired with six-speed manual, CVT, and seven-speed DCT automatic units. Further, customers can choose from 10 colours and seven variants. In recent news, the Creta Electric was launched in India, with prices starting at Rs. 17.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
