It all began nearly two decades ago with the launch of the humble Santro and since then, Hyundai India has come a long way. The brand, in fact, is celebrating a new sales milestone of 4 million vehicles in the Indian market.
Hyundai India’s popular models range from the original Santro and the Accent to their present day equivalents i.e. the Grand i10 and the Xcent. The brand has also been doing well in the C-segment and compact SUV space with the Verna and the Creta respectively.
Commenting on the 4 million domestic sales milestone, Mr. YK Koo, MD, HMIL said, “Hyundai today is a 10 product strong brand with class-leading products from the Eon to Santa Fe.
