Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) revised prices for the i20. With a new base ex-showroom tag of Rs. 5.99 lakh (Era), the hatchback also gets six airbags as standard.
With these additions, the i20’s base-spec Era variant gets six airbags, digital instrument cluster, front and rear skid plates, body-coloured ORVMs and door handles, USB-C ports, and a tilt-adjustable steering. The Executive and Magna variants also gets fresh tags of Rs. 6.74 lakh and Rs. 6.99 lakh, respectively. The top-spec Magna variant gets a fully digital cluster, front and rear skid plates, shark-fin antenna, TPMS, automatic headlamps, tilt- and telescopic-adjustable steering, keyless entry, electrically adjustable ORVM, and steering wheel with audio and Bluetooth controls. Vanities include an electric sunroof, LED DRLs, rear AC vents, and a front armrest with storage. A three-year/one lakh-kilometre warranty comes in as standard.
The Korean carmaker is now providing an optional add-on – a 10.1-inch infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay – for a premium of Rs. 14,999. The same carries a three-year warranty.
