FIAT Chrysler Automobiles India (FCA) has organised a monsoon check-up camp for their customers from June 20 to 26. Fiat car owners can get their cars checked at the nearest service centre free of cost.
This campaign will be conducted at all of their workshops across India and the consumers will be offered different services. This will include a free car check-up and interior cleaning. FCA is also offering 10 per cent discount on selected parts, 15 per cent discount on labour (excluding body shop-related work), a special 20 per cent discount on value added services such as wax coating, anti-rust treatment and upholstery cleaning, and a 50 per cent discount on a full car wash.
Kevin Flynn, President and Managing Director, FCA, said, "We continue to work towards providing reliable after-sales service to our customers across India. Our service camps serve as a platform for us to engage with our customers to reassure them of our continued service commitment."
Such after-market services are imperative to enhance customer experience. It is good to see that FCA is evolving and adopting a customer centric approach with expansion of their facilities.
