Citroen has officially released a teaser confirming the arrival of a set of special editions in the coming weeks. This teaser hints at Dark Editions for not just the Basalt (which was teased in the past), but also the Aircross and the C3.
As seen in the teaser, the new Dark Editions from Citroen will get a black colour theme, black interior and upholstery with contrast-coloured orange stitching, and dual-tone alloy wheels. They could also receive an exclusive badging to denote the specialty of this version. We expect no changes to the feature list or the technical specifications of these models.
The Dark Edition versions are the rage these days, with each carmaker selling one such offering. A few recent launches include the Mahindra Scorpio N Carbon, Honda Elevate Dark Edition, Tata Nexon and Nexon EV Dark Editions, and even the Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 Night Series Edition.
