Citroen has launched the Dark Edition of the C3 hatchback in India at Rs 8.38 lakh (ex-showroom). While this model will be available in limited numbers, the carmaker hasn’t specified the exact number of vehicles it plans to build.
The new C3 Dark Edition features an all-black exterior in Perla Nera Black shade. It also sports a dark chrome grille, body mouldings, and dark chrome badges. Inside, the C3 Dark Edition gets a Carbon Black colour scheme. The hatchback gets Metropolitan Black leatherette seats with Lava Red details.
There are no mechanical changes to the Citroen C3 Dark Edition, and the existing 1.2-litre petrol engine and transmission options are carried over. It is purely a cosmetic package and similar changes have been made to the Basalt and the Aircross from its lineup.
