BYD showcased multiple upcoming models at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo. Of these, one was the Sealion 7, and this model has now started arriving at local dealerships across the country. A fresh set of images reveals two units at a dealer facility in Bengaluru.
The BYD Sealion 7 seen in the images here are finished in a shade of black and blue each. The carmaker has commenced bookings for the model as of last month for Rs. 70,000, with deliveries set to begin in March this year.
To be offered in two variants, BYD Sealion 7 is powered by a 82.5kWh battery pack with single and dual motor versions. The RWD version, producing 308bhp and 380Nm, returns a claimed range of 482km on a single charge, while the AWD version, belting out 523bhp and 690Nm, is claimed to return a range of up to 502km on a single charge.
Feature highlights of the new BYD Sealion 7 will include all-LED lighting, panoramic sunroof, 15.6-inch rotating touchscreen infotainment system, ADAS suite, 11 airbags, dual-zone climate control, HUD, 10.25-inch driver’s display, powered front seats with ventilation and heating functions, and flat-bottom steering wheel.
