BMW India has launched an exclusive end-to-end ‘Online Sales Channel’ where customers can select and purchase their favourite BMW car online.
With this option, buyers can browse all BMW vehicles, build their own car (through its configurator), view appropriate financing options/payment methods, and get instant consultation before finalising the purchase. Everything is done online and it is available 24x7!
During the buying stage, customers are also given the option to choose a preferred dealership and even book a test drive online. Besides that, there’s also the added comfort of personalised online support via chat and messaging functions. At each stage of the buying process, customers are made aware of the real-time status - all from the comfort of their home.
Even though the entire buying experience is online, the dealer drives the entire process. BMW revealed that its platform seamlessly integrates the BMW India website, CRM systems, sales channel and website configurator.
