Volkswagen has commenced pre-bookings of the 2026 Taigun SUV ahead of its price reveal that is expected to take place in the coming weeks. This means that the carmaker has revealed key details including the colour palette and the variant options right after its official unveiling. Let’s dive straight into it.

The new Volkswagen Taigun facelift will be offered in nine paint options, namely Avocado Pearl, Wild Cherry Red, Candy White, Deep Black Pearl, Lava Blue, Steel Grey, Carbon Steel, Reflex Silver, and Carbon Steel Matte. Coming to the variants, the German automaker has refined the matrix into Chrome and Sport lines.
The Chrome line of the Taigun will include Comfortline, Highline, Highline Plus, Topline, and GT Plus Chrome. Additionally, the Sport line will be limited to GT Line and GT Plus Sport. Notably, the 1.5-litre version, which is offered only with a seven-speed DCT gearbox, will be available exclusively in the GT Plus Chrome and GT Plus Sport variants. The facelifted Volkswagen Taigun will boast features like a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, rear wiper and washer, new digital instrument cluster, LED headlamps, illuminated logos at the front and rear, new gloss black alloy wheels, and LED light bars at both ends.
