- Triangle-shaped tail lamp module, 45-degree DRL ingots
- Upgraded inline-six
The upcoming 2026 BMW 3 Series, codenamed the M350, has been spied testing lately. Wrapped test mules hint at more aggressive front and rear ends. Unlike its predecessor, the M340i, the M350 drops the ‘i’ badge, reserving it for EVs like the iX3 LWB.

To the front, the BMW M350 gets a more aggressive design language with the integrated DRLs getting a 45-degree ingot design language, projector LED lights, and a split grille with split vents. The 19-inch alloys pack in red brake callipers. The sporty sedan gets quad exhaust tips like its M340i sibling.

While not much is known about the upcoming sporty sedan’s features, the M350 will likely pack in a 3.0L inline-six and a 48V mild-hybrid system, tuned to churn out 420bhp/580Nm. This is a significant bump from the M340i, which churns out 369bhp/500Nm, sprinting from 0-100kmph in 4.4 seconds. The M350 is likely to launch globally in the first half of 2026. Additionally, the xDrive 4WD tech will also be carried over.
