- New variants introduced
- More standard features added
Maruti Suzuki recently launched the 2025 Grand Vitara at a starting ex-showroom price of Rs. 11.42 lakh. The carmaker has introduced new variants in the lineup, including an AWD automatic version. What's more interesting is that the SUV now has more standard features, which we have detailed below.

Add-on Standard Features
All variants of the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara now get six airbags as standard. The SUV gets a power-adjustable driver’s seat, rear door sunshades, LED cabin lighting, and an air purifier. An electronic parking brake is also available in the AT variants.

New Alloy Pattern
The SUV rides on 17-inch alloy wheels, and the pictures show these alloy patterns to be of a different set from what was offered earlier.

Panoramic Sunroof
Earlier, a panoramic sunroof was offered only on the mild-hybrid Alpha and the strong-hybrid Zeta+ and Alpha+ variants. However, it is now available as an option on the lower-spec Zeta, Alpha, Zeta+, and Alpha+ trims.

AWD, Hybrid Powertrain
The 2025 Grand Vitara comes with two powertrain options, including a 1.5-litre mild-hybrid petrol and a strong-hybrid with a 1.5-litre petrol engine, paired with an electric motor. Moreover, this strong-hybrid powertrain is now offered from the Zeta+ variant onwards, while the new mild-hybrid AWD automatic variant replaces the AWD MT trim.
