Hyundai has recently introduced a new variant of the Verna, named SX+, which offers additional features over the SX variant. Here's everything you need to know about this new addition.
Price
The new SX+ variant is positioned between the SX and SX(O) variants. Ex-showroom prices start at Rs. 13.79 lakh for the manual, and Rs. 15.04 lakh for the IVT (automatic) version.
Features
The new SX+ variant comes with LED headlamps, front parking sensors, 16-inch alloy wheels, and a rear spoiler. Inside its cabin, there's an eight-speaker Bose sound system, heated and ventilated front seats with leatherette upholstery, six airbags, ABS with EBD, ESC, TPMS, and a rearview camera.
Powertrain
The Verna SX+ is available only with the 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, which produces 113bhp and 144Nm torque. This mill comes mated with either a six-speed manual transmission or a six-speed IVT.
What Else You Should Know
The carmaker is also offering a wireless adapter for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay on select Verna variants for Rs. 4,500. This device is compatible with the SX(O), SX Turbo, and SX(O) Turbo variants.
